We are a family style motel, with a friendly staff that will make you feel comfortable in our spacious and modern furnished rooms. Available with either King, Queen or Double size beds.

All rooms are air conditioned and equipped with TV, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and also include Free Wi-Fi.

Rooms and Grounds

For Customers that wish to cook their own meals, some of our rooms have efficiencies, and are equipped with all the above plus cups, saucers, plates, cutlery, pots and pans.

All our rooms are on ground level and easily accessible for the disabled, by enabling you to park your vehicle right outside your door.

All rooms also overlook the courtyard. Just open your sliding glass doors and walk straight out onto the motel grounds.

We have two shuffle board courts which give pleasure to everyone.

The outdoor Bar-b-Que grills are just waiting for you to use them. Our Ice and Soda machines are located between rooms 20 and 21. The snack machine is in the lobby.

Our location is halfway between Venice and Port Charlotte and there are many dining and shopping facilities only minutes away from us in either direction.

The Warm Mineral Springs Resort is less than one mile away.
